Description
Der Ausschreibungsgegenstand dieses Vergabeverfahrens ist die Vergabe einer Rahmenvereinbarung ohne fixe Mengenbindung zur Erbringung der Lieferung von Dieselkraftstoff EN 590 10 ppm mit FAME (B7) ohne Additive oder sonstige Zusätze (kurz „Leistungsgegenstand“ genannt) und Lieferung von HVO100 (nach EN 15940) durch die zukünftigen Auftragnehmer zu den in den Ausschreibungsunterlagen und im Vergabeverfahren festgelegten technischen, kommerziellen und rechtlichen Bedingungen.
