Description
Das System muss in benutzerfreundlicher Weise sequentielle Färbung und Scannen von Gewebeschnitte vollautomatisiert durchführen und die Fluoreszenz in subzellulärer Auflösung mit hoher Sensitivität aufnehmen. Um die gesamte Breite der Anforderungen hinsichtlich der Tiefe der Untersuchungen, der Heterogenität der Gewebe sowie der Vielzahl von Versuchssystemen und Tiermodellen abzudecken sind folgende Punkte unbedingt zu erfüllen:•Die Zahl der insgesamt messbaren Parameter ist technologisch unlimitiert. •Es müssen sowohl Proteine als auch mRNA spezifisch detektierbar sein (Multiomics). •Es muss eine offene Plattform sein, um fluoreszenz-markierte Antikörper von unterschiedlichen Herstellern verwenden zu können. •CAR T Zellen müssen anhand ihrer Spezifität nachgewiesen werden können.
