Description
Das BfS benötigt die Lieferung eines Edelgasmessplatzes für nuklidspezifische Xenonmessungen (SAUNA LAB System) nebst Dienstleistungen (Lieferung, Installation, Inbetriebnahme, Einweisung). Für die notwendige Messgenauigkeit und Akkreditierung kommt aus technischen nur das SAUNA Lab standard System des Lieferanten Scienta Sensor Systems AB, Danmarksgatan 22, SE 75323 Uppsala in Frage. Das BfS betreibt beräts ein solches Gerät. Insofern scheiden ergänzend auch Alternativgeräte aus Gründen der Vergleichbarkeit und Einheitlichkeit der Messwerte aus. Dieses Gerät kann auf Bestätigung des Lieferanten nur im Direktverkauf erworben werden. Vernünftige Alternative oder Ersatzlösung sind gem. § 14 Abs. 4 Nr. 2b VgV i.V.m. § 14 Abs. 6 VgV nicht existent.
