CONTRACTELE SUBSECVENTE VOR FI ATRIBUITE LUNAR, TRIMESTRIAL SAU SEMESTRIAL IN FUNCTIE DE EXISTENTA FONDURILOR BUGETARE SI DE NEVOILE AUTORITATII CONTRACTANTE. Autoritatea contractanta isi rezerva dreptul de a efectua modificari ale acordului cadru, dupa cum urmeaza: Acordul cadru si Contractele subsecvente vor putea sa fie modificate prin acte aditionale in urmatoarele situatii: Cantitatile maxime ce pot fi suplimentate pana la maxim 10% din cantitatile aferente acordului cadru, pentru fiecare lot in parte…
