Description
Örnsköldsviks kommun avser att upphandla en leverantör som levererar licenser, support och licensrådgivning. Örnsköldsviks kommun strävar efter licensoptimering, en god ekonomisk hållning samt ett långsiktigt samarbete. Upphandlingen omfattar samtliga licensformer och tillhandahållandemetoder som anbudsgivarens programvaruleverantörer tillhandahåller, exempelvis molntjänster, hyra/leasing av programvara etc. I rollen som licenspartner ska säljaren i de löpande kontakterna även bistå Örnsköldsviks kommunmed sakkunskaper inom licensområdet, och tillhandahålla information och rådgivning i licensrelaterade ärenden på operativ och strategisk nivå. Vi vill ha en partner som arbetar proaktivt och för en kontinuerlig dialog, bevakar marknaden och kommer med förslag när nya produkter dyker upp.
