Description
Region Kronoberg inbjuder härmed till anbudsgivning avseende upphandling Licensförsörjning. Upphandlingen omfattar Licensförsörjning med tillhörande tjänster/konsulttjänster samt i förekommande fall licensnära och med mjukvaran associerad hårdvara. I upphandlingsdokumentet framgår i förekommande fall ett uppskattat behov. Regionen garanterar under avtalstiden 80% av det uppskattade volymen per år, exkl. konsulttjänster. Observera att Regionen förbehåller sig rätten att inte köpa i Avtalet angiven mängd vid metodförändringar, myndighetsbeslut, produktförändring förorsakad av Leverantören och/eller licenstillverkaren eller utrustningsbyte som medför att förutsättningarna för detta Avtal förändras. Avtalet förhindrar inte heller att Regionen genomför förnyad upphandling om någon av tidigare nämnda omständigheter inträffar. Regionen ämnar upphandla en (1) leverantör avseende leveransen av licenser och kringliggande tjänster utefter Regionens löpande behov. Leverantören åtar sig att till Regionen leverera i enlighet med det Upphandlingsdokument som legat till grund för upphandlingen samt det kommande Avtalet.
Participation requirements
