Licence sustava za razmjenu datoteka: FileCloud Server License - Enterprise Includes Enterprise Features & Support (pretplata na 2 godine) i FileCloud Extended Premium Live Support -Server Enterprise Advanced (pretplata na 2 godine), a sve prema Troškovniku za licence sustava za razmjenu datoteka (u nastavku: Troškovnik). Navedene licence predstavljaju produljenje pretplate za postojeći sustav te bilo kakvo odstupanje od navedenih modela licenci nije prihvatljivo.
