1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest letnie i zimowe utrzymanie czystości i konserwacja zieleni na terenach gminnych poza pasem drogowym oraz na terenach zieleni osiedlowej, w okresie do 12 miesięcy od dnia zawarcia umowy w podziale na zadania z możliwością zastosowania opcji. 2. Przedmiot zamówienia podzielony jest na zadania: Zadanie 1: Rejon 1 czyli Centrum, Śródmieście Północ, Śródmieście Zachód Zadanie 2: Rejon 2 czyli Łagiewniki, Rozbark Zadanie 3: Rejon 3 czyli Szombierki, Bobrek Zadanie 4: Rejon 4 czyli Miechowice, Karb Zadanie 5: Rejon 5 czyli Stroszek, Sucha Góra, Stolarzowice, Górniki 3. Kompleks zadań objętych zamówieniem w każdym zadaniu dla zakresu podstawowego oraz zakresu opcjonalnego stanowi wypełnienie obowiązków związanych z utrzymaniem czystości i porządku na terenach poza pasem drogowym w granicach administracyjnych miasta Bytomia, nałożonych na Zamawiającego zgodnie z art. 5 ust. 5 ustawy z dnia 13 września 1996 r. o utrzymaniu czystości i porządku w gminach (t.j.
