Description
Predmetom verejného obstarávania je búranie 8 objektov na základe kontrolnej statickej obhliadky, kedy bola zhodnotená situácia a stav objektov a bol skonštatovaný stav nehnuteľností ako kritický a život ohrozujúci. V súlade s §74 (8a) stavebného zákona č.25/2025 Z.z. je potrebné stavby okamžite odstrániť.
