Hankintayksikkö pyytää tarjoustanne tilintarkastuksen palveluista tämän tarjouspyynnön ja sen liitteiden mukaisesti. Hankittavien palveluiden vähimmäisvaatimukset on kuvattu tarjouspyynnön liitteessä 5 "DPS:n kohde ja ehdot" sekä liitteessä 1 "Asiakkaan hankinnan kohde ja asiakaskohtaiset vähimmäisvaatimukset". Asiantuntijoille asetetut vähimmäisvaatimukset on kuvattu tarjouspyynnön liitteessä 2 "Asiantuntijat". Hankinnan ennakoitu laajuus on yhteensä kaikkien roolien osalta noin 50 htp / vuosi.
