Hankittavien palveluiden vähimmäisvaatimukset on kuvattu tarjouspyynnön liitteessä 5 "DPS:n kohde ja ehdot" sekä liitteessä 1 "Asiakkaan hankinnan kohde ja vähimmäisvaatimukset". Asiantuntijoille asetetut vähimmäisvaatimukset on kuvattu tarjouspyynnön liitteessä 2 "Asiantuntijat". Hankinnan ennakoitu laajuus on 20 htp / vuosi.
