Upphandlingen avser ramavtal för Sinfras medlemsorganisationer avseende tjänster för underhåll och förnyelse av vatten- och avloppsledningsnät. Avrop kommer att ske successivt under ramavtalsperioden.   Ramavtalet är tillgängligt för Sinfras medlemsorganisationer.
