Description
Upphandlingen avser ledningssystem för planering och uppföljning. Skellefteå kommun har under längre tid jobbat med verksamhetsplanering, rapportering och kvalitetsledning i olika former men inte på ett strukturerat sätt. Tanken med en upphandling av ett ledningssystem är att kommunen skall få hjälp att strukturera sig och jobba mer unisont där alla förvaltningar kan dra nytta av det ledningssystemet kan erbjuda. En av de viktigaste delarna av ledningssystemet är att få hjälp med rapportmallar, ett bra flöde för verksamhetsplanering och att jobba strukturerat med kvalitetsledning. Efterfrågat system ska vara ett färdigt system som används för planering och uppföljning. I avtalet finns det uppräknat vilka övriga upphandlande myndigheter som har möjlighet att ansluta sig till avtalet. De övriga upphandlande myndigheterna är med i avtalet som en option. dvs optioner är krav som kunden har rätt att avropa men inte skyldighet att avropa under avtalsperioden.
