Description
Ausschreibungsgegenstand bildet die voraussichtlich 3mal wöchentliche Belieferung mit Lebensmitteln (siehe dazu Beilagen ./2b1-5 „LVZ kurz“ in Entwurfsversion) für die Betriebsküchen des KELAG Konzerns in Klagenfurt, Villach und St. Veit/Glan auf Basis eines Rahmenvertrages je Los; die Lose gliedern sich dabei wie folgt: Los 1: Lebensmittel AllgemeinLos 2: Fleisch/WurstLos 3: Gemüse/ObstLos 4: TK-Waren Los 5: Getränke AF Der jeweilige Rahmenvertrag (RV) wird ab voraussichtlich Jänner 2022 auf unbestimmte Zeit abgeschlossen, wobei für vier Jahre ein wechselseitiger Kündigungsverzicht vereinbart wird; im Anschluss daran ist jeder RV von jeder Vertragspartei jährlich kündbar.
