Upphandlingen omfattar en supporttjänst inom leasing såsom kartläggning och analys av befintliga och nya avtal, registerhantering av avtal, analys av avtals finansiella och avtalsmässiga villkor, avstämning och kontroll av att avtal följer stipulerade villkor, utvärdering av finansieringslösningar, support i allmänna frågor om leasing, beräkningar av restvärden, utarbetande av redovisningsunderlag och stöd vid upphandling av ramavtal för leasing av bilar och annan utrustning. Utöver detta omfattar upphandlingen tillhandahållande av systemstöd för hyres- och leasingavtal.
