Le Contrat porte sur l'exploitation complète du Terminal Multivracs de Fos, son organisation, ainsi que l'acquisition, la réalisation, l'entretien et la maintenance des investissements, aménagements, équipements et outillages nécessaires à l'activité de l'Opérateur prévue par la convention. La Convention précise dans quelles conditions le périmètre du Terminal pourra évoluer pendant la durée de la Convention
