Description
Per mezzo dell'appalto saranno realizzati i lavori di bonifica dell’area 2A dell'area Goccia, di proprietà del Politecnico di Milano. All'importo a base di gara indicato al punto II.2.6, si sommano 15.680.000 euro per "opzioni". Di tali opzioni, 9.930.000 euro si riferiscono a lavori analoghi previsti nel master plan (c.d. aree 2C e 2B della “Goccia”), mentre 5.750.000 euro per modifiche contrattuali di cui all'art. 120, co. 1 lett. a) del D. Lgs. 36/2023, che potranno essere eventualmente utilizzati qualora ciò si renda necessario durante l'esecuzione dei lavori.
