Description
Upphandlingen avser ramavtal för låssmedstjänster till kommunens Vård- och omsorgsverksamhet och montering av Phoniro Portlås i fastigheter som inrymmer bostäder för omsorgstagare i hemtjänsten. Upphandlingen omfattar också stödtjänster till kommunens eget teknikteam samt leverans av material till densamma. Norrköpings kommun, Vård- och omsorgskontoret har avtal med Phoniro avseende hyra av digitala lås (brukarlås och portlås) med syfte att uppnå ”nyckelfri hemtjänst”. Kommunen håller nu på att bilda ett Teknikteam som ska ta över ansvaret för all montering av digitala lås. Teknikteamet beräknas vara på plats senast 1 april 2024. Teknikteamet kommer inte ha egen kompetens för att montera Phoniros portlås och avser därför att upphandla avtal med en leverantör som dels kan sköta den monteringen, dels finns som stöd för Teknikteamet när de stöter på komplicerade dörrmiljöer hos brukarna och där det kan till exempel kan bli aktuellt att byta låskista eller flytta dörrlister.
