Detta ramavtal avser löpande service, underhåll och viss nyinstallation av lås, larm och passersystem. Uppdraget förutsätter att Entreprenören har en ändamålsenlig butik i Västerås och Örebro. Leverantören ska kunna tillverka nycklar i så väl enstaka nycklar till större batcher samt tillhandahålla taggar som kan kopplas till befintligt låssystem. Beställaren ska kunna hämta upp, exempelvis men ej uteslutande, låscylindrar, nycklar mm i butik vid behov.
