Upphandlingen avser larmställ till personal i operativ såväl som ledande befattning. upphandlingen avser tre typer av ställ: 1. Larmställ nivå 1 = godkänt för rökdykning 2. Larmställ nivå 2 = "lättare" larmställ, ej godkänt för rökdykning, typ skalplagg. Skillnad utgörs främst av reflexer och märkning. 3. Larmställ nivå 3 = "Rescueställ", ej godkänt för rökdykning men annan operativ tjänst (styrkeledare, chaufför, USAR)
