Kommunalförbundet Sjukvård och omsorg i Norrtälje, kallat KSON, arbetar för att öka invånarnas självständighet och trygghet med välfärdsteknik. För att möjliggöra det sökte KSON en leverantör som kan tillhandahålla ett larmmottagningssystem där välfärdstekniska enheters aktiverade larm inkommer. Larmmottagningssystemet kommer hanteras av Trygghetsjourens hos KSONs vårdbolag Tiohundra AB med säte i Norrtälje.
