Description

Die geplante Baumaßnahme befindet sich auf den Flurgrundstücken 1237, 1225/ 27, 1225/ 34, Gemarkung Dingolfing, Ecke Dr.-Josef-Hastreiter-Straße zu Pestalozzistraße.Auf dem Schulgelände befinden sich folgende miteinander verbundene Bestandsgebäude: Klassentrakt Süd, Klassentrakt West, Klassentrakt Ost (Anbau), Fachklassentrakt, Verwaltungstrakt und eine Pausenhalle mit Lichthof.Für die geplante Erweiterung an der Süd-Ostseite des Schulgebäudes wird die bestehende Nutzung des Schülerwohnheims in einen Neubau ausgelagert und anschließend das Bestandsgebäude mit den vorhandenen Nebengebäuden abgebrochen.Es sollen die folgenden 3-geschoßigen Baukörper (Kammstruktur) gebaut werden: Westtrakt (best. Klassentrakt Ost mit südlicher Erweiterung), Mitteltrakt und Osttrakt.
