Description
Die geplante Baumaßnahme befindet sich auf den Flurgrundstücken1237, 1225/27, 1225/34, Gemarkung Dingolfing, Ecke Dr.-Josef-Hastreiter-Straße zuPestalozzistraße. Auf dem Schulgelände befinden sich folgende miteinander verbundeneBestandsgebäude: Klassentrakt Süd, Klassentrakt West, Klassentrakt Ost (Anbau),Fachklassentrakt, Verwaltungstrakt und eine Pausenhalle mit Lichthof. Für die geplanteErweiterung an der SüdOstseite des Schulgebäudes wird die bestehende Nutzung desSchülerwohnheims in einen Neubau ausgelagert und anschließend das Bestandsgebäudemit den vorhandenene Nebengebäuden abgebrochen. Es sollen die folgenden 3-geschoßigen Baukörper (Kammstruktur) gebaut werden: Westtrakt (best. Klassentraktost mdit südlicher Erweiterung), Mitteltrakt und Osttrakt.
