Die Tirol Kliniken GmbH beabsichtigen am Standort des Landeskrankenhauses Hochzirl einen südwestseitigen, eingeschossigen Zubau zum Haus 4 der Neurologie für 8 Phase B-Patienten (Observationsabteilung) zu errichten. Der Projektumfang beinhaltet den Bauplatz für den Zubau und die Anbindung an den Bestand bis zum bestehenden Stationsgang. Die Teilunterkellerung beinhaltet die Technikzentrale. Am südwestseitigen Ende des Hauses 4 wird im Zuge dessen eine neue Feuerwehrzufahrt errichtet. Die Zufahrt wird verbreitert, eine Stützwand und ein neuer Zugang errichtet.
