Description
Kriminalvården har i egenskap av vårdgivare det övergripande ansvaret för läkemedelsförsörjning inom Kriminalvården. Denna upphandling avser två anbudsområden: Anbudsområde 1 omfattar distribution av läkemedel, dosdispenserade och i originalförpackning förskrivna via Pascal. I uppdraget ingår även kundservice, hantering av avvikelser, reklamationer samt indragningar. Anbudsområde 2 omfattar dosdispenserade läkemedel ordinerade via Kriminalvårdens journalsystem för patienter utan fullständigt personnummer. Läkemedel i originalförpackning till Kriminalvårdens olika läkemedelsförråd, kylvaror, nikotinersättningsmedel samt handelsvaror ska också vara möjliga att rekvirera från leverantörens webbaserade e-handelssystem.I uppdraget ingår även kundservice, hantering av avvikelser, reklamationer, returer och destruktion, indragningar och extern kvalitetsgranskning. Kriminalvården ska också kunna beställa särskild narkotikakontroll. Leverantören av anbudsområde 2 ska utveckla en integration till Kriminalvårdens journalsystem för rekvirering av dosdispenserade läkemedel. Även viss utveckling av e-handelssystemet kan behövas enligt IT-krav i kap 5.
