Avtalet omfattar läkemedlet Spinraza innehållande den aktiva substansen nusinersen (M09AX07). Leverantören åtar sig att till Köparen samt till övriga verksamheter med vilka Köparen har avtal med, leverera Läkemedel i enlighet med detta Avtal. Här innefattas även läkemedelsleveranser som avser vård Köparen utför på uppdrag av andra svenska regioner. -- Ang uppgift för upphandlingens totala värde I enlighet med svensk lagstiftning görs bedömningen att uppgift om pris/värde ska beläggas med SEKRETESS enligt Offentlighet och sekretesslagen (OSL) 31 kap 16§, 19 kap, 3§. Siffran "1" har angetts i fältet "Värde" så rutan inte är tom.
