Tehtävään sisältyy lisäksi keittiö-, piha- ja sisustussuunnittelun osuudet. Suunnittelu toteutetaan jaettuna suunnitteluna aikavälillä 5/2026 - 10/2027 ja tavoiteaikataulu hankkeen valmistumiselle on 3/2030.
