Description
Eskilstuna kommun (Kommunen) avser att upphandla en ny skoladministrativ plattform (Tjänsten), som kan innehålla ett eller flera enskilda system. Tjänsten ska stödja arbetet inom samtliga skolområden och dess skolformer, och omfattar alla de ska-krav som anges i upphandlingsunderlaget samt de bör-krav som anbudsgivaren anger att denne uppfyller. Tjänsten är en del av en helhet och ska kunna samverka med andra närliggande funktioner och system samt uppträda som en helhet. Att säkerställa integrationer med övriga system och leverantörer är helt avgörande för leveransen och kommande systemskifte. Kontrakt kommer att tecknas med 1 leverantörer (Leverantören) under förutsättning att upphandlande myndighet erhåller minst det antalet lämpliga och godtagbara anbud.
