Leverantör ska kunna erbjuda lägenhetsboende i Göteborg för GöteborgsOperans gäster. Dessa gäster kan till exempel vara medverkande personer i produktioner (scenografer, koreografer, balettmästare, kostymtecknare, dirigenter) och gästande artister (solister, musiker och dansare) som inte är baserade i Göteborg. Både kortare och längre vistelser kommer att vara aktuella för lägenhetsboende. Leverantör kan erbjuda olika lägenhetstyper, som enrums-, tvårums- och/eller trerumslägenheter.
