Description
Swedavia är i behov av en laddtjänst för fordonsladdning. Swedavia upphandlar därför detta för att möjliggöra debitering av fordonsladdning på befintliga parkeringar och framgent tillkommande laddstationer på Swedavias områden, spridda på Swedavias samtliga flygplatser. Laddtjänsten som upphandlas ska vara i form av en Molntjänst med tillhörande Service och Supportfunktioner, Kundtjänst, Betaltjänst och en Portal för driftövervakning och statistik. Systemet ska etableras så möjlighet till fjärrstyrning av laddstationer kan utföras. Upphandlingen inkluderar även mjukvaru- och licensuppgradering till OCPP1.6j och komponentbyte i den mån det behövs avseende Swedavias befintliga laddstationer (och komponentbyte i den mån det behövs inklusive funktionskontroll). Befintlig laddinfrastruktur består av fabrikaten Garo och Easee Charge och uppgår till cirka 400 laddstationer med cirka 800 ladduttag. Leverantören ska inom ramen för avtalet därefter hantera Laddtjänsten med tillhörande tjänster för Swedavias befintliga och kommande laddinfrastruktur vilket innebär att Leverantören ska hantera upp-och i förekommande fall nedkoppling av laddstationer i Systemet.
