Predmetom zákazky je dodanie laboratórnych prístrojov, IKT hardvéru a softvéru pre vedecko-výskumné účely, v rozsahu a podľa technickej špecifikácie, definovanej v Prílohe č. 1 zmluvy Špecifikácia s cenovou kalkuláciou. The subject of the contract is the supply of laboratory equipment, ICT hardware and software for scientific research purposes, in the scope and according to the technical specification defined in Appendix no. 1 contract Specification with price calculation. Ak to je relevantné vo vzťahu k predmetu zákazky, v cene musí byť zahrnuté: doprava, vynáška, odvoz a likvidácia odpadu (napr. obalového materiálu), inštalácia, uvedenie do prevádzky, zaškolenie obsluhy a údržby, príslušná dokumentácia - návod na obsluhu, certifikáty/vyhlásenia o zhode a pod., ako aj všetky súvisiace náklady s dodávkou tovaru s ohľadom na účel a funkcie požadovaného tovaru. If it is relevant in relation to the subject of the contract, the price must include: transport, take-out, removal and disposal of waste (e.g. packaging material), installation, commissioning, operator and maintenance training, relevant documentation - operating instructions, certificates / declarations of conformity, etc…
