Elering AS projekteerib ja rekonstrueerib „võtmed-kätte“ meetodil 110kV ühistel mastidel kulgevad õhuliinid nr L164 ja L165 alates Aruküla 110kV alajaamast kuni Lasnamäe 110kV alajaamani. Õhuliinide nimetus on L164 ja L165 Aruküla - Lasnamäe. L164 ja L165 rekonstrueerimise mahus tuleb rekonstrueerida ka L164H ja L165H Loo harud. Täpsed tingimused on sätestatud Hankedokumentides.
