Les activités visées par ce cahier des charges consistent en : 1. La délivrance de l'offre de service Ressource Handicap Formation portant sur : - « Une information-conseil-orientation » : qui vise à apporter un premier niveau de réponse personnalisé à une problématique posée. Ce service a également pour objet de prendre le temps d'un échange exploratoire avec l'interlocuteur permettant, s'il s'agit d'un organisme de formation, de délivrer une proposition d'accompagnement à l'accessibilité ou à l'adaptation concertée et individualisée d'une situation de handicap en formation - « Un accompagnement à l'accessibilité » : Appui au développement d'une politique d'accueil des personnes en situation de handicap et d'une démarche d'accessibilité généralisée des formations - « Un accompagnement à l'adaptation concertée d'un parcours de formation » : Appui au référent handicap de l'OF/CFA dans le cadre de ses missions en matière de compensation du handicap et d'adaptation de parcours et notamment l'accompagnement à l'analyse concertée des besoins et des solutions et la mise en place et le suivi de plans individualisés d'adaptation - « Des propositions d'appui à la Professionnalisation » et à…
