Procedura aperta ai sensi dell’articolo 60 del D.Lgs. 50/2016 e s.m. e i. indetta a seguito di proposta di Partenariato presentata - ai sensi dell’art. 183, comma 15 del D.Lgs 50/2016 - da Siram Spa di Milano, soggetto riconosciuto promotore di Finanza di Progetto, come da deliberazione N. 694 del 13/06/2023. Non trovano applicazione alla presente procedura le seguenti disposizioni del D.Lgs 50/2016 e ss.mm.ii., in quanto non compatibili con la presente procedura: - articoli 23, comma 16, ultimo periodo e 95, comma 10, relative all’indicazione dei costi della manodopera da parte, rispettivamente, della Stazione appaltante e dell’offerente; - articolo 50 relativo alle clausole sociali.
