Hankinnan kohteena olivat kylmälaitteiden huolto-, korjaus- ja asennuspalvelut sopimuskaudelle 1.1.2025 - 31.12.2026 + yhden (1) + yhden (1) vuoden optiomahdollisuus. Hankinta koski Joensuun Tilakeskuksen omistamien sekä Joensuun Tilakeskuksen hallinnassa olevien vuokrakiinteistöjen, koulujen, päiväkotien, terveyskeskusten, liikuntapaikkojen ym. rakennusten kylmälaitteiden korjaus-, huolto- ja asennuspalveluja. Työkohteet sijaitsevat Joensuun kantakaupungin ja entisten Pyhäselän, Kiihtelysvaaran, Tuupovaaran ja Enon kuntien alueilla.
