W celu potwierdzenia wskazanych powyżej parametrów jakościowych produktu, Zamawiający wymaga dołączenia do oferty atestu jakości produktu lub innego dokumentu potwierdzającego równoważność oferowanego produktu. Do każdej dostawy należy dołączyć atest jakości produktu. Zamawiający jest podatnikiem podatku rolnego i zamawiany produkt wykorzysta na potrzeby własne.
