Description

Objektet avser rivning och ombyggnation av Kv Kvarnberget 2 i Rinkeby. Fastigheten, som är gulklassad enligt Stadsmuséet, omfattar i dagsläget 76 lägenheter vilka kommer att byggas om till 50 lägenheter i storlekar mellan 1–5 RoK med helt nya planlösningar. Ombyggnaden inkluderar även vind, källare, fasader, fönster, nytt trapphus med hiss samt åtgärder för dränering och finplanering av utemiljö. Entreprenaden ska genomföras som en totalentreprenad, med undantag för rivningsarbetena som utförs som en insprängd utförandeentreprenad. System- och bygghandlingar som ligger till grund för denna upphandling har tagits fram i ett tidigare samverkansprojekt som avbröts innan Fas 2 inleddes.
