Description
Lidingö stad, stadsledningskontoret, har fått i uppdrag att upphandla avtal avseende ett kvalitet- och ledningssystem till Lidingö stad (staden). Syftet med upphandlingen är att tillgodose stadens behov av ett kvalitet- och ledningssystem för att möjliggöra ett långsiktigt och hållbart kvalitets- och ledningsarbete som genomsyrar hela stadens verksamhet. Genom att införa ett modernt och integrerat system skapas förutsättningar för att systematiskt planera, leda, följa upp och utveckla tjänster med hög kvalitet, rättssäkerhet och effektivitet. Målet är att stärka stadens förmåga att möta invånarnas behov, främja transparens och ansvarstagande samt skapa en robust struktur för kontinuerligt lärande och förbättring.
