Description

Upphandlingen avser ett ramavtal för kundundersökningar till kunder hos EEM och SEVAB (ESEM). Syftet är att samla in, analysera och rapportera kundfeedback för att ge underlag till utveckling av tjänster, produkter och kundupplevelse. Upphandlingen omfattar endast kundundersökningar och inte interna medarbetarundersökningar.
