Västtrafik inbjuder härmed leverantörer att inkomma med ansökan i upphandlingen av Kund- och resetjänst för Anropsstyrd trafik. Den anropsstyrda trafiken omfattar serviceresor. Med serviceresor avses bland annat färdtjänst, sjukresor, skolresor, dagvårdsresor, omsorgsresor samt närtrafik, anropsstyrda linjeturer och Ledsagarservice.
