Hankinnan kohteena olivat kulunvalvonnan laitteet Joensuun kaupungille sopimuskaudelle 1.9.2025 - 31.8.2027 + yhden (1) + yhden (1) vuoden optiomahdollisuus. Tavaran/laitteen tulee täyttää Euroopan unionin suoraan velvoittavien säädösten, Suomen lakien ja asetusten sekä viranomaisten antamat määräykset mm. rakenteen, varusteiden, työ- ja paloturvallisuuden sekä sähköturvallisuuden osalta.
