Upphandlingen omfattar ombyggnad av befintligt Q-märkt hus. Ombyggnaden omfattar ny ventilation, akustiskaförbättringar, tillgänglighetsanpassning, ytskiktsrenovering samt fönsterbyte/renovering. Byggnaden används idag till Kulturskolans verksamhet i form av musik och ska fortsättningsvis husera dennas verksamhet.
