Ovim predmetom nabave traži se zamjena postojećih dotrajalih kremacijskih peći na Krematoriju sa izradom projektne dokumentacije i uslugom projektantskog nadzora za vrijeme građenja uz mogućnost prethodnog pregleda lokacije ugradnje na lokaciji Naručitelja Krematorij, Remetska cesta 4, 10000 Zagreb. Izrada projektne dokumentacije rekonstrukcije/zamjene kremacijskih peći (2 peći), koja uključuje: Idejni projekt za ishođenje posebnih uvjeta i uvjeta priključenja; Glavni projekt sa mapama: Arhitektonski projekt, Građevinski projekt, Strojarski projekt, Projekt plinske instalacije, Projekt elektroenergetskih instalacija, Elaborat zaštite na radu i zaštite od požara, sa uključenim troškovnicima za izvođenje radova; Ishođenje suglasnosti prema Gradskoj plinari Zagreb, te ostalim potrebnim javno pravnim tijelima. Obaveza obavljanja projektantskog nadzora traje za vrijeme izvođenja radova do primopredaje kremacijskih peći na korištenje krajnjem korisniku, odnosno, do prihvaćanja završnog izvješća i odnosi se, osim na arhitekta, i na projektante ostalih struka, sukladno mapama glavnog projekta.
