Region Halland upphandlar digitala systemstöd för att utveckla och effektivisera måltidsverksamheten, med fokus på näringsriktighet, kostnadseffektivitet och hållbarhet. Upphandlingen omfattar tre delområden: 1. Kostdatasystem – stöd för planering, produktion, beställning och uppföljning av måltider. Systemet ska hantera livsmedels- och näringsdata samt användas för recept, menyer, produktionsplanering, märkning och uppföljning. 2. System för egenkontroll – stöd för planering, genomförande och uppföljning av egenkontroller enligt lagstiftning, praxis och interna rutiner, inklusive avvikelsehantering och riskbedömning. 3. System för upphandling och uppföljning av livsmedel – stöd för processen från upphandlingsunderlag till löpande uppföljning och hantering av statistik gällande avtal, sortiment, nyckeltal och kostnadsutveckling.
