Hankinnan kohteena olivat kopiopaperit ja -kartongit sopimuskaudelle 1.3.2024 - 28.2.2026 + yhden (1) vuoden optio ajalle 1.3.2026 - 28.2.2027. Tavaran tulee täyttää Euroopan unionin suoraan velvoittavien säädösten, Suomen lakien ja asetusten sekä viranomaisten antamat määräykset mm. rakenteen, varusteiden, työ- ja paloturvallisuuden sekä sähköturvallisuuden osalta.
