Riigihanke esemeks on raamlepingu sõlmimine 36 kuuks ja selle alusel vastavalt kujunevale vajadusele köögi- ja puuviljade tarnimine riigihanke alusdokumentides esitatud ning raamlepingus kajastatud tingimustel koos transpordiga hankija asukohtadesse ja üleandmine hankijale.
