Description
Ramavtal avseende konsulttjänster krisberedskap och civilt försvar inom området Ledning och samverkan. MSB utgår i arbetet från det framtagna ramverket, Gemensamma grunder, som ska ge stöd till myndigheter, kommuner och organisationer i Sverige. Upphandlingen avser konsulttjänster för förvaltning, implementering och vidareutveckling av detta arbete. Upphandlingen är uppdelad på tre ramavtalsområden 1) Strategisk utveckling, 2) Stöd till aktörer och 3) Projektledning.
