Description
Uppdraget omfattar coachning /rådgivning/mentorsstöd/handledning i ämnet ledarskap till chefer/ledare med personalansvar samt övriga ledare såsom teamledare, samordnare och gruppchefer som leder andra medarbetare där det inte rör sig om företagshälsovård eller utredningar. Uppdraget beställs av Avesta, Borlänge, Gagnef, Hedemora, Ludvika, Säter och Falu kommun tillsammans med det kommunala bolaget WessmanBarken Vatten & Återvinning AB (WBAB).
