Description
Upphandlingens syfte är att säkerställa beställarens behov av konsultstöd inom följande områden: - Klimat och energi - Avfall och cirkulär ekonomi (materialkretslopp) - Kemikaliehantering - Vattenförvaltning Anbud kan lämnas på ett eller flera områden. Varje område utvärderas för sig. Ramavtal kommer att tecknas med 3 anbudsgivare per område under förutsättning att beställaren erhåller minst det antalet lämpliga och godtagbara anbud. Avrop kommer att ske genom rangordning.
