Description
Upphandlingen omfattar konsulttjänster inom allt från verksamhetsutveckling och förändringsledning inom området digitalisering och it till systemutveckling och systemförvaltning inom olika områden. Upphandlingen är indelad i fyra anbudsområden: 1. Verksamhetsutveckling, ledning och styrning omfattar bland annat förändringsledning, projektledning, effektstyrning, verksamhetsutveckling, enterprisearkitektur, informationsarkitektur, processkartläggningar, sourcing, förstudier, prototyping och kravställning. 2. Systemutveckling och livscykelhantering omfattar tjänster inom arkitektur, infrastruktur, systemutveckling och systemförvaltning. Utveckling av digitala tjänster, såsom webblösningar, e-tjänster, och applikationer är exempel på utvecklingsprojekt inom området. Vidare ingår förvaltningsledning och testledning i anbudsområdet. 3. Specialister inom Geodata och GIS omfattar konsulttjänster inom området geodata och Geografiska InformationsSystem (GIS). Utveckling av systemstöd, förstudier, analyser, kravställning, integrationer, förvaltning och avveckling. 4. Informationssäkerhet omfattar hela informationssäkerhetsområdet.
